Anahata is the fourth chakra. Located at our heart centre, the heart chakra connects us to our emotional self, bringing harmony, forgiveness and love. When off balance, we can be particularly vulnerable to disturbances involving relationships and love. We may feel jealousy, abandonment, loneliness and bitterness. When balanced we feel joy, love, gratitude and compassion.
